The Credit Care Representative will assist customers, through incoming calls, in taking payments, adjusting and reviewing accounts, and providing top notch customer service.
SCHEDULE & PAY
- Wednesday - Saturday 9:00 am - 8:00 pm or
- Tuesday - Saturday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
- $13.50 hr to start (After 90 days, there are shift differentials for weekends, incentives and an increase in pay)
Required Qualifications :
REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 3 months experience in a call center environment
- Experience in billing or taking payments a plus
- Attention to detail
- A friendly approach and superb customer service
