The Associate works as a member of the setup and pour team assisting with the preparation and placement of materials in forms as directed.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Sheltered, outdoor environment


• Work area is not climate controlled and may be exposed to changing weather and temperature conditions


• Monday - Friday 9:00 PM - 9:00 AM

• Schedule can vary with workload and location


• Unscheduled overtime may be required depending on business needs

RESPONSIBILITIES

• General housekeeping and waste disposal throughout the shift


• Collect and prepare materials as directed


• Prepare and clean forms


• Place items in forms as directed


• Assist with concrete pours as needed


• Assist with raking, screeding, and leveling concrete as needed


• Adhere to all company and OSHA safety rules and regulations


• Housekeeping as necessary to maintain work area, tools, and equipment in a clean and orderly manner
